The Person will be responsible for:

• Preparation of customer ageing report.
• Sales tax Invoices dispatched to customers.
• Customer’s Reconciliations
• Following up with customers regarding Payments.

The Person will be responsible to:

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve compliance training programs for all departments.
• Provide guidance and support during buyer audits and third-party inspections.
• Assist in the development of SOPs and internal control systems to mitigate compliance risks.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and audits

The Person will be responsible to:

• Source and Purchase good materials and Services to meet organizational needs efficiently and cost effectively.
• Evaluate, negiotiate and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure quality, reliability and timely delivery.
• Moniter stock levels, Plan purchases and prervent overstock and shortages.
• Identify Opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
