Job Responsibilities:

•       Manage SECP corporate secretarial filings, statutory documentation, and routine compliance matters.
•        Oversee corporate insurance policies(Fire, Marine,health, motor),coordinate renewals, and handle claim settlements with underwriters and brokers.
•      Track and record corporate investments, including stock market portfolio performance and fixed yields.
•       Prepare, review, and file quarterly VAT and Corporate Tax Filling returns in compliance with tax regulations of UAE & Bahrain
•      Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities regarding corporate affairs
•          Assist in closing monthly accounts, preparing reconciliation statements, and drafting financial reports for associate companies.

This person will be responsible:

•       For active management of all Audit aspects including planning, risk assessment, scoping, control analysis and reporting.
•       To lead Internal Audit’s annual risk assessment, enterprise risk assessment and planning process to develop the audit plan and ensure the plan is responsive to and aligned with the risk profile of the organization.
•       To represent all Internal Audit reports ensuring the reports are clear to understand, concise, identify root causes with practical solutions, and ultimately provide value to management for decision making.
•      To evaluate the effectiveness and adequacy of internal controls as well as compliance to Company Policies and Procedures through direct observation, analytical procedures, document review, recalculations, walk through tests and any other suitable procedures.
•       To support and work in liaison with external auditors for smooth annual financial audit.
•       To ensure accurate audit of payroll data on monthly basis.
•        For developing integrated chart of accounts, dashboard for accounting information for management decision making along with for verification of cost sheets, material, labor & overhead rates and accuracy of budgets.
•        To actively participate in executive management meetings to ensure that Internal Audit is well-informed of key business developments that could have an impact on audit plans.
