1. Ensure full compliance of established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) through team in spirit of sustainability.
2. Finalize calculations of SAM & SMV made by reporting team members to ensure capacities are optimally utilized and all required production orders can be completed within targeted time. Submit SAM & SMV calculations to Manager IE for review and finalization.
3. Work on line balancing and remove bottlenecks on floor. Make sure smooth production flow. Work on Kaizen and make productivity.
4. Arrange to collect data for efficiency calculations. Prepare line wise efficiency report and present it to Manager IE.
5. To monitor and improve efficiency of the floor/ building through process optimization including man, machine, materials and methods. Provide reasons of low efficiency and mitigate them.
6. Calculate loss time for stiching floor and present report to Manager IE.
7. Evaluate monthly plans of cutting & stitching to assess effective utilization of the available resources.
8. Assist in defining and reviewing the process methodology to be adopted in Cutting & Stitching departments.
9. Verify the need assessment of new resources required in the form of man, machine and material in cutting & stitching departments.
10. Make analysis on new man power additions before making any recommendation to the senior management for approval.
11. Critically monitor man machine ratio and use innovative techniques that result in improving man machine ratio.
12. Design and improve layouts of cutting and stitching in order to maximize production.
13. Execute changeover of production layouts as per plan given. Arrange folders, gauge sets, machines and templates well before start of order.

2. Maintain costing & thread lead time within acceptable limits through effective coordination, monitoring and supervision.
3. Calculate CPM on set standards. Prepare calculations of SAM, cost and thread through Obs and share with marketting department and make final presentation to Manager IE for formal review and approval and accordingly respond to the requesting department.
4. Co-ordinate with IE team members regarding innovation to minimize cost, thread consumptions and SAM Validation.
5. Prepare rate lists and follow SOPs set for rate lists finalization.
6. Critically review SAM variation report prepared by reporting team members and validate calculations and difference.
7. To shift manual calculations of thread consumptions to Software. Work on thread consumption software and present proposals. On approval shift all manual working to software.
8. Prepare RCA on thread shortages, present report to HOD and conduct a meeting with marketting and production teams to avoid shortages in future.
9. Raise requests to open new operations in system through IT department.
10. Co-ordinate with wages and production teams regarding rate list queries.
11. Verify and proceed manual payments on each month.
12. Prepare analysis reports on thread and cost saving thread through automation or kaizen.
13. Prepare data on market rates on given styles for a month and share report with accounts departments for effective piece rate calculation.
