• Support end-to-end recruitment for both management staff and non-management staff including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manpower data for factory operations.
• Ensure implementation of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to manufacturing setups.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs with focus on factory rules, safety, and code of conduct.
• Support execution of employee engagement activities to improve workforce morale and retention.
• Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports such as files, transfer cases, promotion cases, surveys and off boarding.
• Ensure proper documentation related to contract labor, audits, and inspections
• Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth manpower planning and availability
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling all HR matters
