The Person will be responsible for:

·         Assisting in the development and execution of organizational development strategies and initiatives.

·         Coordinating lean manufacturing projects and other process improvement programs.

·         Supporting change initiatives related to technology adoption, process improvements and cultural transformation.

Participating in cross-functional teams to address specific organizational challenges.

The Person will be responsible to:

·         Develop and implement annual internal audit plans, considering risks and priorities.

·         Examine operational processes within production, CMT, inventory, and procurement to improve efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities.

·         Monitor and evaluate risks related to fraud, theft, and operational inefficiencies.

·         Recommend actionable solutions to improve operations and compliance based on audit findings.

Ensure effective communication between internal audit and management, promoting a culture of accountability and transparency.
