This person will be responsible:

•       For active management of all Audit aspects including planning, risk assessment, scoping, control analysis and reporting.
•       To lead Internal Audit’s annual risk assessment, enterprise risk assessment and planning process to develop the audit plan and ensure the plan is responsive to and aligned with the risk profile of the organization.
•       To represent all Internal Audit reports ensuring the reports are clear to understand, concise, identify root causes with practical solutions, and ultimately provide value to management for decision making.
•      To evaluate the effectiveness and adequacy of internal controls as well as compliance to Company Policies and Procedures through direct observation, analytical procedures, document review, recalculations, walk through tests and any other suitable procedures.
•       To support and work in liaison with external auditors for smooth annual financial audit.
•       To ensure accurate audit of payroll data on monthly basis.
•        For developing integrated chart of accounts, dashboard for accounting information for management decision making along with for verification of cost sheets, material, labor & overhead rates and accuracy of budgets.
•        To actively participate in executive management meetings to ensure that Internal Audit is well-informed of key business developments that could have an impact on audit plans.

Job Responsibilities:

•      Plan and coordinate SAP maintenance activities like OS patching, upgrades and releases in coordination with other teams.
•       Perform core Basis functions (e.g., corrections, support packs, kernels, EHP, HANA revision updates, transports)
•    Monitor and maintain SAP systems environments for optimum performance and be proactive in identifying potential problems (environments include Sandbox, Development, QA and Production).
•    Knowledge of technology stack for SAP ECC, Business Intelligence (BI/BW), Enterprise Portal (EP), SAP NetWeaver Gateway, Fiori, Web Dispatcher, SAP mobile Platform (SMP), SAP Content Server and SAP HANA.
•        Install, configure, maintain and support multiple SAP landscapes and 3rd party tools.
•       Knowledge of SAP solution manager 7.2 technical configurations in charm, technical monitoring, EWA etc.
•     Analyzing the impact of the proposed technical solutions. Assist in creating and modifying strategies, resolve problems and document issues and resolutions.

•        Manage end-to-end procurement for Power House parts, IT hardware/software, and CCTV equipment.
•        Handle purchasing and vendor coordination for dyeing and weaving unit canteens.
•       Generate and maintain all procurement, inventory, and purchase-related reports within the system.
•       Oversee the timely closure of System Purchase Requisitions (SPRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
•       Ensure all Procurement activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
