· Preparing Process wise costing reports of fabric dyeing.
· Production order wise costing reports on daily basis.
· Prepare stock valuations reports of (finished stock, Wip), provide assistance in preparation of P &L accounts.
· Conduct of stocks audit, W.I.P. finished goods & raw material on monthly basis.
· Booking of all kinds of vouchers of utilities i.e Lesco, SNGPL.
· Evaluate and monitor manufacturing process to identify cost saving opportunities.
· Analyze process wise efficiency and wastages reports.
· Analyze raw material, chemical & packing consumption with pre & post price/quantity variance analysis.
